Melodie M
With over 16 years’ experience in the makeup industry, not only does Melodie draw from her training and experience as a makeup artist, but from her background as a fashion designer also. Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Melodie is one of the most sought after makeup and hair artists in the South Island. Melodie would love to help you look perfect and feel wonderful. We will enhance your natural beauty and create the perfect look for you.
Bridal Hair and makeup should be a reflection of who you are, so Melodie will take the time out to get to know you and understand what type of look you have always imagined. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the perfect look is created for the bride and bridal party. Melodie will ensure that you feel both confident and comfortable with your hair and makeup, and that you will stay looking fresh and stunning for the entire day.

Meet Leticia
Leticia Radcliffe is the creator and founder of Intimate Small Weddings and is your wedding planner. Whilst being in the wedding industry for over 10 years, as a hair and makeup artist, Leticia saw the need and want for small wedding packages at an affordable price, where you get all the fuss and no stress. During those 10 years Leticia meet some wonderful professional people in the industry that she has hand-picked for her collective.
You are invited to meet with Leticia and have a complimentary consultation regarding the package that best suits your needs, and to know a little more about the collective. You will also see a more extensive range of venues that are available, and Leticia can explain the process of enjoying one of our packages.
Our packages include – Celebrant, venue, caterer (this includes cake or cupcakes), photographer, florist, venue, hair and makeup for the bride and toasting bubbles. There are additional addons that are available, like adding more guests, bridesmaids, flowers, and even extending the time of your event. There is also an option of accommodation with one of our venues, to stay the night of your honeymoon.
Once we have set your date, chosen your venue and your deposit is paid, the collective will start to communicate with you and your wedding plans have begun. You will meet with Liz Brook our celebrant and she will help you with your vows and your marriage licence. Leticia will guide you all the way and ensure that your day is magical and full of beautiful memories.

What I believe
As a passionate photographer, getting your photo in the light right at the right moment is vital. I want to create stunning photos that you will love, which is why my assistant and I provide all the equipment needed, including professional studio lights, backdrops, or wide angle cameras, as well as photo editing and touch ups, so that the end result comes out looking fantastic.
Photo engagement shoots can be held in the relaxed environment of my home based studio in Christchurch, or on location at your event, family home, or business.

If you're looking for an experienced, fun, but also super professional celebrant then you've come to the right place. I'm based in North Canterbury, but happy to travel to Christchurch and beyond. As a Pride Pledge business, you can be assured that I work with ALL couples.

Becoming a marriage celebrant has given me the privilege of standing alongside couples on one of the most significant days of their lives. Every love story is unique, and I believe every ceremony should reflect the personalities, values, and journey of the two people standing together.
As a New Zealand celebrant, I deeply value tikanga Māori and the opportunity to respectfully weave cultural elements into ceremonies where appropriate. I have a basic understanding of te reo Māori and pride myself on delivering it with clear, confident, and accurate pronunciation. Incorporating tikanga and te reo is something I approach with sincerity and respect, helping create ceremonies that honour Aotearoa's rich cultural heritage.
For me, being a celebrant is about far more than officiating a legal ceremony—it's about celebrating love, connection, family, and the exciting adventure that lies ahead. It is an honour to help couples begin their next chapter, and I would love to help tell your story.

Words such as exciting, happy, romantic, ecstatic, delighted, stressful, nerve wracking, scary all come to mind; however, I prefer to think of getting married as one of the most momentous, meaningful milestones’ in one’s life.

I am a professionally trained Celebrant, and it is important our clients get none of this “cookie cutter, internet copied” ceremonies.
